All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however delays may occur during peak periods.


3. Shipping Methods

We use the following trusted delivery partners:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

Shipping method will be selected based on availability and delivery efficiency.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to external factors (weather, logistics, customs, etc.)


5. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United Kingdom.

There are no additional delivery charges for standard shipping.

If any premium or expedited shipping options are introduced in the future, any applicable costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.


6. Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • You can track your shipment via the courier’s website

  • All orders include free standard delivery within the United Kingdom.


7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer not available

The package may be:

  • Returned to us

  • Re-delivery may require additional charges

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or lost:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist in resolving issues.


9. Damaged Packages
