1. Consumer Rights (UK Law Compliance)

  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015

As a consumer, you are entitled to clear information, fair terms, and remedies if goods are faulty or not as described.


2. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right:

After cancellation, you have 14 additional days to return the item.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging

  • Must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Proof of purchase is required

For jewellery:

  • Items must not have been worn for hygiene reasons

  • Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@redirev.co.uk

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Ship the item back using a tracked service (Royal Mail or DPD)

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

    • We will cover return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Please note that original shipping is free and therefore non-refundable.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.


6. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (via Royal Mail or DPD)

Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • You will receive confirmation by email

We may withhold the refund until:

  • We receive the returned goods, OR

  • You provide proof of return shipment


8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

You are entitled to:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement

  • Repair

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider

10. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. earrings) unless faulty

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


11. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged
